Let’s get to know each other.

Before we get started, we'd like to learn more about your team and what motivates you to get out of bed in the morning. Typically, the first point of contact is made via email, phone, or Zoom.

It's time to do some product and user research.

You chose us to support you in developing a new product. To fix one that already exists. Whatever the case may be, this is the stage in which we listen, discover, and understand your requirements and the challenge you're trying to tackle. In addition, we conduct all necessary product and user research. We do it because we build products on facts rather than assumptions.

We build a prototype & test assumptions.

In this phase, we’ll build a couple of minimum viable prototypes to test a couple of use cases. The aim is to test, learn, and reduce the risk of making wrong product development decisions. In the long term, prototyping early will save you time and resources.

Design & iterative development process starts.

We break down the software development process into smaller chunks, creating cycles. We do this so we can focus on solving specific problems. Each cycle typically lasts 2 weeks but isn't expected to pull off a complete product. With each cycle, we keep in close contact and report the progress. So you can see how everything looks and works, and give us feedback. With each cycle, extra features can also be designed. And tested until you have a fully functional product.

Product ready to ship.

This is the verification step of the product design. Consider it a time to double-check everything and polish it up. It's time to go live after you've signed off on everything.

Full product support.

We're not the kind of digital product & design company that goes on long vacations to Mexico after the job is done. Post-launch we do proactive monitoring, maintenance, and production support. Because our job is to make sure everything works smoothly and perfectly. And if you need any advice on how to fix new problems or scale your product, we're here to help and guide you along the way.
